The teachers should understand the higher capability of the student to understand the higher thinking skills and their own creativity. To understand everything much deeper,IT is and aid for this two important factors of learning for the teaching and learning activities. There are specific frameworks for the teachers to follow.

Things in teaching and learning that can be included in this activities are 

designing,generating,brain storming,evaluating,integrating. Things that are only present to a students that are taught in the new way of teaching that follows the IT.

Sub-skills that can be found just within the process of higher thinking skills and creativity.

In chapter 4,in integrating the technology in instruction is a doubt for many because for many students they just use it for fun.For many students and teachers,they are not yet considered that the technology is ready to be in instruction.In the way today,the games are not related to the instruction or the purpose of education.There is a need for us to take advantage to this in a right way that it can be applied to the learners.Student-teachers are trained to introduce,reinforce,supplement and extend the skills to their learners.The believer of technology are convince that it will help a lot,because students are expected to learn not just in the classroom but outside the classroom.The learning extend outside the school,means it will go beyond what the teachers expect,they can study a particular topic given by the teacher in their own,if you just compare it to the printed materials the knowledge are limited.I personally believe that before i go to teaching,to the field,i have to train and engage myself on computer literacy enough to give the students activity that will relate to the learning and educating.I will expect that there will be a huge change and it can be achieved through technology,quality of education is much higher,how the technology will help in teaching the topic,much easier in making instructional strategy.The technology can provide everything in a lot of ways.
